Ordering
Do you accept commissions? ▼
Yes, always. Share your idea — we'll discuss it. Every order and every client is unique to us. That's also why we don't accept rush orders: we want to give each plushie the attention it deserves.
How do I place an order? ▼
Send us your reference image via message. We'll review it and send you a personalized price quote. If you approve, we create a custom listing for you. After payment, we begin the process. We're always available if you have questions.
How much does it cost? ▼
Every toy is priced individually — it depends on complexity, size, and details. There's no fixed price list. Just send us your image and we'll give you an exact quote.
What size can I order? ▼
We make toys ranging from 25 to 60 cm (10–25 inches). Our most common size is 30–35 cm (12–14 inches). Keep in mind: smaller sizes are more challenging to detail, while larger sizes may increase shipping costs.
Can I use any image as a reference? ▼
We only work from reference images — not verbal descriptions or imagination. By submitting a reference, you confirm you have the right to use it and that no copyright is being infringed. We won't make Disney characters, official franchise plushies, or OC characters that don't belong to you — unless you have the original artist's approval. We're always happy to discuss your own custom design.
Can I change my order after paying? ▼
We cannot make changes to a paid order. However, we're open to discussing minor cosmetic adjustments that don't affect the agreed budget or timeline. Just send us a message as early as possible.
Making your plushie
How do you make the patterns? ▼
Every pattern is made from scratch. We've built up years of experience and continuously study new techniques. Developing a new pattern takes time, but it never affects the quality of the final plushie.
How does the sewing process work? ▼
Once payment is received, we create custom patterns based on the design we've agreed on with you, source the materials we've discussed, and handcraft the toy within the production timeline we've set together.
Will my plushie look exactly like the reference? ▼
We aim to get as close as possible, but exact reproduction isn't guaranteed. Our plushies are handmade, and fabric availability varies — colors may differ slightly depending on stock and monitor settings. Think of it as a handcrafted interpretation made with care.
Can you repair my old favorite toy? ▼
Sometimes, yes. We've restored cherished toys that were damaged over time — it's a complex process and we evaluate each case individually. Send us a message with photos and we'll discuss the details.
Timeline
How long does production take? ▼
For a new pattern: usually one to two or three weeks depending on complexity. For designs we've already created: a few hours to a week. During high season production can take longer. Our estimates are roughly 80% accurate — sometimes it takes a little more time due to suppliers or holidays.
Can I set a fixed delivery deadline? ▼
We don't accept orders with fixed delivery dates. Please order only if you'd be happy to receive your plushie even if it arrives a little later than expected. For occasion gifts — order well in advance.
What happens when my plushie is ready? ▼
We'll send you photos for approval before shipping. If we don't hear back within 72 hours, the item is considered approved and will be shipped.
Shipping
Where do you ship from? ▼
We ship from Ukraine. Delivery may take a while depending on your location, and customs can sometimes cause delays. All packages are tracked, and we always send you a photo of the shipped package.
How long does shipping take? ▼
We ship via registered international airmail. Delivery typically takes 14–21 days, but can take up to 60 days in some cases. Your package will most likely arrive as a registered letter (90% of cases) or a standard parcel — a signature is required. If you're not home, contact your local post office with the tracking number.
Can I change my shipping address? ▼
We use the delivery details from your account or confirm them with you before shipping. Once the package has been sent, you can request an address change directly at your local post office using the tracking number we provide. Please let us know if you do — so we're not surprised if the route changes.
What about holiday season deliveries? ▼
In November and December, international shipping becomes unpredictable. We cannot guarantee delivery by Christmas or any other holiday. If you need a gift in time — order well in advance.
My package arrived damaged. What do I do? ▼
Do not accept a damaged package without documentation. Ask postal staff to record the damage on the spot and file a report immediately. We are not responsible for damage caused during shipping.
Returns & refunds
Can I return my plushie? ▼
All our plushies are made to order specifically for you, so returns are not accepted. This includes color or fur shade differences — slight variations are part of handmade work. Products that have been exposed to water are also not eligible for complaints.
Can I cancel my order? ▼
If you cancel for personal reasons or placed an order by mistake, we'll refund the amount minus payment processing fees (PayPal and other applicable charges). Only the amount actually received in our account will be refunded. We also reserve the right to cancel any order at any stage — in which case you'll receive a full refund, no explanation needed.
What if delivery is late? ▼
We don't accept complaints about late delivery. Shipping timelines are approximate and depend on international postal services, customs, and other factors outside our control.
Safety & care
Are FluffySouls plushies safe for children? ▼
We always aim to use the most eco-friendly and safe materials available to us. That said, our plushies are primarily decorative items. They may contain small parts and internal armature. If used by or near children, adult supervision is required at all times.
How do I clean my plushie? ▼
Do not machine wash. Gently hand wash or dry clean only. After washing, Minky fabric and artificial fur may become stiff — this is normal for these materials.
Privacy
What personal data do you collect? ▼
Only what's necessary: your shipping address and, when relevant, the name and age of a young artist whose work was used as reference. All communication is conducted through the Shopify platform.
Will you use photos of my plushie on social media? ▼
By placing an order, you agree that we may use photos of the finished plushie on our store, social media, and other pages to showcase our work. We never share any personal information about you alongside these photos. In some cases, we may reach out to ask for your permission separately.
Legal & contact
What law governs these terms? ▼
These terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected. If you have a dispute, you may also contact your local consumer protection association.
