Returns & refunds

  • All products are made-to-order - refunds for custom orders are not available
  • Returns are not accepted due to darkness or fabric color shades
  • No refunds for color or fur length discrepancies
  • No complaints or returns accepted if the product has been exposed to water
  • No complaints or returns for late delivery

Order Cancellation

  • Fluffysouls reserves the right to cancel any order and fully refund the customer without explanation at any stage of the process
  • If you cancel an order due to your own reasons or placed an order by mistake, we will refund the amount less processing fees (PayPal and other applicable fees)
  • Only the amount actually received in our account will be refunded

Shipping Damage

  • If the package arrives damaged, please file a report at the time of package delivery
  • Do not allow the mail carrier to leave you with a damaged package
  • Request that postal staff document the fact of damaged shipment
