We create plush toys for children and adults: as a gift for a son, daughter, or grandchildren, a surprise for loved ones, a souvenir for fans and collectors of unique items, or simply as home decor.

We make toys approximately 30-40 cm along the longest side. Since everything is sewn by hand, the size may vary slightly. The possibility of sewing a toy of other sizes can be discussed separately. Keep in mind that size affects shipping costs.

📌 Important to know: We create real three-dimensional plush toys based on images. We cannot make a toy based on a verbal description — we need a drawing or picture!
We select suitable fabrics ourselves so that the toy resembles the original drawing as much as possible. For hair, we use yarn, fur, or Minky fabric.

📌 Some color shades are difficult to find in fabrics, so we use the closest options available on the market. Also, remember that colors on the screen and in real life may differ.
If the drawing is unclear, we will use our creative vision. We only follow images, not verbal descriptions.
If the drawing shows a toy with long fur, we may use Minky fabric with short fur, as the choice of long fur colors is limited.
Clothing for toys is sewn from different types of fabrics. If the drawing has different outfits, only one outfit is included in the cost. Small details, lines, and patterns may be drawn with paints or markers.

❣️ After placing an order, we will consider your requests for changes, but we do not guarantee that we can fulfill them. Please do not ask us for major changes that are not in the original drawing.

All our toys are made to order. We need about 2 weeks (sometimes more during the holiday season) to find fabrics and sew. We may have an order queue, so ask about realistic timeframes.

*Placing an order is very simple:*

👉 Step 1: You send us a drawing in a message.
Indicate the name and age of the artist, as well as the delivery address.
Let us know if you need an internal frame so the toy can take different poses.
Please provide all important details before we estimate the cost.
👉 Step 2: We provide a price including shipping. If you agree, we'll create a custom listing for your order.
👉 Step 3: After payment, we begin work on your toy.
👉 Step 4: We show you photos of the finished toy.
👉 Step 5: We ship the toy within 1-3 days (if we don't receive a response from you within 3 days, we consider everything approved).
👉 Step 6: We send you a tracking number and photos of the packaging.

✍ By placing an order, you allow FluffySouls to show photos of your toy social media as an example of our work. Toys are intended for decoration. If small children use them, it must definitely be under adult supervision. The toys may contain small parts and a frame.
The finished toy may not match the drawing 100%, but we try to convey its essence as much as possible. Before ordering, look at our other works. Refunds for custom orders are not provided.

FluffySouls may cancel the order and refund the money at any stage. If you cancel the order, we will withhold payment processing fees and return only the amount that was received to our account.

📆 We do not accept orders with a fixed delivery date. Only order if you are willing to wait. International shipping takes 14-60 days, but usually 2-3 weeks.
If the package arrives damaged, immediately inform the postal worker and ask them to prepare a report. Take photos of the damage.
In November and December before Christmas, delivery times may increase. 🔥 Order in advance! 🔥

Since we are located in Kyiv, Ukraine, here's when you can expect quick responses during our working hours (05:30-23:30 Kyiv time):

What this means for you: Evening/night messages - likely immediate response, daytime messages - same-day response, morning messages - response the next morning. We strive to respond to all inquiries within 24 hours.

How to care for the toy:

Do not machine wash
Only gentle hand washing or dry cleaning
After washing, the fur may become stiffer
We do not accept complaints if the toy has been wet
